If your package has not arrived, please follow these steps:

1. Look in the mailbox and at the door. Ask if a relative has taken care of the parcel.

2. Check the tracking number, which you can find in the PostNord/delivery company's app.

3. Check your phone, email and trash can to see if you have been notified.

4. If it says delivered but you have not received the package, it is often because the package has gone to a pickup point/postal office instead. Wait up to 5 working days to see if the tracking is updated.

5. Show the tracking number to the nearest pickup point/postal office to see if the parcel is there, regardless of whether it is still listed as delivered as it is most likely to be there.

In case the parcel cannot be delivered to the door, it will end up at the nearest delivery point. Sometimes, the postal service registers the parcel as delivered even though it is actually waiting to be picked up by an agent. It can take a few days before the tracking shows that the parcel is available for collection.

Sometimes the postal service fails to send a notification that the parcel is available for pick-up at an agent. It is important to check both your phone and your email. Sometimes the notification ends up in the email's trash can.

You can find the tracking number in the website/app of the delivery company's tracking tool. There you can see the status of the package.

In the event that you have waited a long time for a notification, it is always possible to visit the nearest agent and ask if the package with your tracking number is there, in case they missed sending you a notification.
